Hi sienne-jane, of course you are not completely mad. I am sure that many people feel like you from time to time. Included me! I used to have a ravenous appetite very often and consequentely I have gained quite much weight during the past months. But I have started to use a diet pill called redusyn. I am very satisfied with it. Have you ever heard of it? If you don't want to try a diet pill have you ever thought about joining a weight loss group?

Hi Sienna-jane, okay everybody has to do which is the best fo him or her. Unfortuantely I couldn't stick to any kind of diet. I think I am just to week. That is why I decided to take redusyn. Anyways hopefully you will find a good dieting program. Why have you failed doing weight watchers? My sister did that I she was very satisfied. Unfortunately I haven't heard of the maple syrup diet yet. Should you eat nothing but maple syrup? That sounds digusting -at least for me because I hate maple syrup But at least by the name I don't think that it would work...

i think the reason i failed at weight watchers was because i have a rle busy life style, so going to the meets every week just got to be a hassle, not 2 mension my lazy attitude towards it.
the maple syrup diet is where u add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup 2 water and this kayeen pepper ( thats definitely not spelt rite lol) the pepper is meant to speed up your metabolic rate, and the syrup is meant to keep up your energy. Your meant to only do it for 14 days and loose something like 22Ib's! but your not meant to eat a thing
i mit try it for a couple of days just to see what i think, ill let u kno.
did u get hold of the pills over the internet? have u had any side affects?
xx

Yeah then I guess it might be quite difficult to count the points all the time.
Well I don't think that I could do the maple syrup diet. I guess I would starve if I wasn't allowed to eat anything for two weeks. So have you already tried it? Did it work?
Yeah I got redusyn in the internet. Luckily I haven't experienced any side effects so far!

no i haven't tried it as yet but was thinking about it. I've been using the pink patch for 2 weeks now properly and i have lost 6 pounds! im pretty chuffed =] so i definitely recommend that to any one who wants to loose weight. I will say i think partially it is psychological, but it rele helps you just to forget about food. usually for me it is pretty much at the forefront of my mind, but now sometimes i get hungry but i just dont want anything. lovin it tho! hows it going for u, the pills still havin a good effect? glad to hear there has bin no side effects! xx

I've read somewhere that redusyn works by increasing your blood temperature.. which in tern burns fat. This may sound like a silly question.. but have you noticed this?
