Hello all, I am new and let me just go on and explain myself. I was over weight as a child, lost tons of weight during high school, gained it back with 2 children, lost it all through my divorce, and have regained it back now and am bigger than ever at 260lbs. I have no self confidence in my self, I'm afraid to try anything and I'm ashamed for my kids. Is there anyone who will truly help me with this? If so, please reply and I'll send you my email address...
