Hi, I'm looking for diet buddies to try out a new diet with me.
The idea is that you photograph whatever you eat during the course of the day. And at the end of the day/ week you send the photos to other dieting friends. The theory behind it is that once its been photographed you can't deny that you've eaten it, so it will track exactly what you've eaten and how much- helping you to make the right diet changes. And sharing the photos with friends will keep you on the right track - you wont want to show off a plate of grease!
That's actually a pretty good idea for tradional dieting. Most people don't realize exactly how much they eat. Not to mention the little bites of this and that throughout the day. i bet people would really be surprised how much them bites add up.
