Please help me keep on track with my diet and exercise
I am a 31 year old mother of 3 and I need help. 3 years ago I was at my ideal weight. Then I got pregnant and gained it all back plus more. I can't get it off and I need help with the diet and exercise.I am trying to lower my calorie intake and exercise but it's really hard when everyone else in the family eats normal fat foods. I don't have lots of time to exercise and when I do I am to tired.
