So sorry to hear about your weight problem. I know it is the hardest thing to do, and you're right you need a lot of motivation if you really want it so bad. Hi!
I guess you can call me a wimp, but even though I've thought many times about drowning my troubles in alchohol(can't spell tonight) anyway, it has helped me knowing how terrible I feel the next day. It seems that after thirty the recovery time lasts at least two days, and once I got so sick I puked and blood came out of my ears! I haven't drank much since then. As far as dieting goes motivation has to come from yourself. All of the skinny chicks can't motivate you, love of a guy won't do it for you, YOU have to do it for you. Just take small steps, like no fries at lunch, or drink water for a day. Walk around the block. Little changes can add up to a new lifestyle! Hope things go better.
