ok so ive been really really good on my diet and today i screwed up and ate a lot of things i shouldnt have! i mean A LOT!!!!! yes, i binged after losing some weight i binged! WHAT SHOULD I DO? how much will i gain?? i have to be weighed in tomorrow and I dont want it to show i gained weight!!! what should i do?
You need to remain calm and learn from what you have done.
some defined crazines or madness as doing the samething over and over and expecting different results. So you made a bit of a boo boo, learn from it and keep going.
Yes - remain calm. Whatever you do - don't get into the binge purge cycle. SOO not worth it. Write how you feel right this moment (the disappointment, the frustration) on a piece of paper, and hang it on or near where your weakness foods are. Before binging again, read what you wrote. Learn from the shortfall, and keep moving forward!
