Ok, first of all..it needs to be healthy weight that you want to lose. You don't want to drop weight in an unhealthy manner, believe me..been there done that. I dropped 130lbs in one year once..and I would completely change the way I did it.
Focus on doing cardio everyday, eat 5 meals spaced out every 3 hours, and consume a ton of water. Make sure you're doing 30 minutes or more of cardio per day too.

Believe me when I say that getting that weight off that quickly is not worth it. Try focusing where you need the weight off and do exrecises that will tighten that area making you look better. Don't rely on the scale.

wm_10, I agree. Don't get in a hurry to lose all of the weight you want now! Each small, nutritional meals and exercise. Don't deprive yourself of food or nutrition, it'll bite you in the butt later in a bad way. It is possible that if you do something drastic to lose weight fast, you are more likely to fail and gain more weight. It's a vicious cycle.
Jeeplaw, That is quite a bit of weight you lost. What would you do differently looking back?

I would definately eat healther and smarter, instead of less, if I had to do it over again. I reduced my calorie intake drastically and ate very menial things. My body had held the structure of a 300lb boy..I had big bones, I was 6'1, but yet, with all my weight lost..so was my muscle-that was gone too! I've spent the greater part of the last 10 years or so rebuilding my body with muscle for a body structure that could hold more than 170lbs (which was my final weight at the end of my weight loss journey).
Currently, I'm 240lbs, but it's with a lot of healthy muscle..well, i'd say at time to much muscle as my cardio has suffered due to the heavier weight, but, a lot more healthy than 300lbs.
I would also have drank a lot more water too.

I've read that reducing caloric intake to very low levels is not a good thing for the body. For the record, when I said "eat less" I was referring to the quantity of food not the calories.

The quickest way is stacker 2 original with ephedra
Don't know about any other hyped diets but the only one thats is scientifically proven to work is the ECA stack. It stands for ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin taken together in the form of a pill. It is all natural with no side effects. The reason for the ban is to clear the market for the new over the counter drug from GlaxoSmithKline (second largest pharmaceutical company in the world) called Alli (pronounced AL-eye). It has half the dose (60mgs) of the prescrioption Xenical (120mgs). However, the weight loss effect diminished and lost weight came back after use of the drug was discontinued. Those who want to keep the pounds off need to keep taking the pill. The OTC orlistat, Alli, is intended for use in adults over 18 years old over a period of six months.
"For instance, using Xenical® could cause problems for organ transplant patients on the drug cyclosporine as well as those on warfarin, a blood thinner.
Xenical®, Alli alike, is not intended for everyone. Those who have problems absorbing food, have gallbladder problems and/or are pregnant or breast-feeding should not take the diet pill. For diabetics, the drug may affect blood sugar control.
Other side effects include gas with discharge, oily discharge, increased number of bowel movements, oily spotting, oily or fatty stools, urgent need to have a bowel movement and inability to control bowel movements. About 50 percent of patients on Orlistat experienced some side-effects and seven percent lost bowel control."
No thanks. I prefer Stacker 2 original or Stimerex-ES which is all natural with minimal side effects that are normal reactions to caffeine and ephedrine. I get mine at www.stacker2original.com or www.thatswholesale.com and I highly recommend them. Has anyone have any experiences to share about them?

If you starve yourself or any other 'quick' way..........you may as well forget about it and go order a pizza, because it won't be the fat you are trying to lose that wil be coming off, and more importantly, you will gain it all back + a few more for your trouble.
