I am looking to get myself on a diet. I would like to lose as much weight as possible by July 1.
I am not looking to be super skinny, although I'm not very overweight, just packing some extra heat :P
What, in your experience, would you say is a reasonable weight loss expectation between now and July 1st, with a healthy diet and excersize (SP?) program?
I'm open to supplement suggestions if there is a well known pill that actually helps.
