Hello everybody. My name is Brett. I'm a 20 year old who is 6'-5" and about 240 lbs. I really really would like to get back into shape. I used to be in great shape before I started a desk job at an Architecture firm. I'll be honest and say that right now, my diet is not very good... but that's because I'm not quite sure what exactly is good for me and what I should be eating to lose some pounds. I have a membership at an Athletic Club and run occasionally but not nearly as much as I should. I am hoping that will change but it's difficult considering I am a fulltime student and work parttime.... which brings me to my next point. I'm on a budget. I've noticed that buying 'healthy' food is generally more money.
Basically, why I'm here is to find some support and some guidance in starting out my diet. What would you all recommend. What should I eat? Gym excercises? etc...
