Wanting to start a diet and i have the sag in my belly from having 2 children .I was wanting to know what can i do to work on that area, so when i get down to my goal weight i will not have to have a tummy tuck that is something that scares me alot.i hope someone can help me find a exercise that will help.thanks for your time
Kelli, this sag infortunately is due to many factors and doing one exercise will not do the trick. It will be a combination of diet AND exercise which will allow you to shape it up again. How are you eating now? Do you eat once or twice a day, or many times? Do ya snack?
Well I don't eat good at all.sometimes i don't eat until dinner then i over eat.that is why i will be starting a diet.and yes i snack lol alot.so once i start this diet what exercise should i start doing?now i haven't exercised in ALONG time.thanks for your help
