Hello everyone! This is my first post and I welcome any advice you can give me for some of my diet woes. I'm currently living in South Korea(land of waif-thin, petite women) and over the past year and a half here have managed to shed 100 lbs. Going from a size 16 to a 12 has proved the most difficult and it has taken me ages to shed these extra unwanted pounds. I took a break of about 4 months in which I returned to Canada and ate everything in sight. Gained a tiny bit but not enough to go up a size Anyhow, I'm almost a size 10 and content with my present shape, so I plan to stop dieting and eat more substantial food and portions. My concern is that at roughly 1000 calories a day and excercising well, I'm really not losing any more weight. I'm frightened that when I begin eating normally again, I'll balloon. Any advice?
