[font=Courier] Okay... so here I go again. About 5 years ago I lost 50 lbs and was looking healthy. I have always struggled with my weight. Now, after a baby, and 3 years passing, I am right back to where I was. I did body for life / and exercise last year, and lost 20.... kept it off for a while. Then it was vacation time, and I never stopped vacationing... so to speak.

I am in a high stress office job and sit a lot. When I am exercising and losing weight, I am a completely different person... and I want to be that person again!

So I need some motivation and a good model... something that will show fast results with moderate exercise added (treadmill one mile 4-5 nights per week) and weights every other. (An online buddy would be nice too!)

I am weary of some of the meds out there. I have seen Zetacap and some ephedra products (although those make me weary, as it seems illegal to still be purchasing them!).

Please give me your thoughts. Thanks. Kimy~

You'll find a great diet, meal planners, suggestions and motivation at http://home.earthlink.net/~the-fat-race I've been on it over 3 months and have lost 30 lbs. and I also went to Las Vegas last week for Spring Break, aside from the alcohol it's amazing how many places you can eat and stay relatively on the diet. As far as excercise went, I walked every where and my legs and feet were killing me, more so than when I work out.
