Thumbs up A Tea Diet?? Who woulda known.

Hey all.

I'm quite new, well brand new to these forums, but I wanted to stop in to introduce myself, let you guys know why I'm here.

First off, My name is Phoenix, I am a 25 year old musician, songwriter, vocalist, guitar player, etc.

I have struggled with weight issues my whole life.

About 2 years ago, I started drinking tea, not just any tea, but I stumbled purely coincidentally on some 'Darjeeling' The champaigne of teas. This tea has changed my life! I have lost 100 pounds in 2 years. Now, keep in mind this is not a miracle overnight weightloss, it is something that has taken time. But, I did notice I felt great shortly after I started drinking this I felt rejuvanated, fresh and alive. For those woman out there, you will notice your hair, skin, nails etc are all healthier.

The health benefits of Tea are amazing. It works for headaches, stomach aches, heart burn, indigestion, diabetes (my husband has diabetes and swears by cinammon tea), cancer, arthritis, you name it.

I wanted to share this with all of you.

I thought maybe someone around here might find this useful, though, I realize most of you are aware of the benefits of tea. But the problem is, are you drinking actual tea, or some artificially flavored junk? Tetley, lipton, you name it, most of these teas will not help you the way a gourmet tea, an actual tea will help you.

This is no joke, no scam, just a tip of information for anyone who might be interested.

I get my tea from The Healthy Cup.

Did you know black teas will help reduce the side effects of smoking? Help reduce your risk of getting cancer?

A great black tea is an 'Assam' or 'Niligiri' tea.

Mix with a little cream or sugar for flavor.

If you are a coffee drinker, take a look at this! Less caffeine, better taste, and instead of wiring you out and destroying your health you will feel rejuvanated and fresh.

You don't have to take my advice, but hey, this could change someones life out there. I thas definitely changed mine.

Thank you for your time.

Kindest Regards,
++Phoenix++

antioxidants staves ageing

Hello everyone,
This is the first time I have ever posted anything on a forum before. I have been into nutrition my entire life and soak up everything I can on the subject. While watching a 20/20 report one evening I was intrigued by a story they did on high antioxidant cocktails and how they detour the ageing process. Days later I came across a product called Monavie in my girlfriends’ refrigerator. She gave me a bottle to try because I had been endurance training heavily lately. My whole body ached! I was surprised to find out that after the two weeks it took me to finish off the bottle (2oz twice a day) I had drastically reduced my joint and muscle soreness as well as lost four pounds. That was odd because I am always 114 lbs. It has been impossible for me to loose weight beyond that point because of my muscle ratio. I looked the product up on the internet by putting in Monavie into the Google search bar. I read the first ten results and ended up signing up directly to get the products delivered. If anyone out there wants to try it or has tried it I would love to hear your feedback good or bad. I am sleeping better than ever and my energy level is threw the roof. E-mail me if you want the info on how to try it at neverdiet@gmail I hope you are having a healthy and wonderful week!
