So I've fallen into the high-protein bandwagon and have been consuming about 15 hard-boiled egg whites a day. Is this too much?
This pretty much constitutes my main meal so I'm not getting extra calories elsewhere...I've been doing this for a month but see no signs of losing weight. I don't exercise either by the way but I figured egg whites should be effective.

Are you eating only the eggs or do you eat something else, i didnt get it, forgive me on that.
Lean meat is also just proteins so I think you can eat some of it.
I dont think that is healthy - just proteins or egg white, but....
Consider something else...
