Tummy question..

Hey everyone,

I'm new the forum and in need of advice to help me lose weight in time for my wedding in 2 months.

Its mainly my stomach area i'm more concerned about, as its constantly bloated and uncomfortable, and crunches dont seem to be working?

I stopped going to the gym last year but am looking at joining another one asap, but i do yoga once a week plus sit ups every night.

My tummy just feels flabby and bloated even though i eat very well and only drink at the weekends?

Can you tell me how to do crunches correctly, and what exercise is best to get ridof tummy flab - and what is good to help lose the bloatedness?
