I am through with my first 11 days and my three off days, my grand total for weightloss is 20 pounds. I am starting on the next 11 days. I ran into a snag for day 2. I can't figure about breakfast tomorrow, my choices are: tuna salad, egg salad plate, chicken, pasta/sauce. Wish me luck. Roberta

The month is almost over what did you lose? That is the biggest question all of us are looking for, do we invest the $27 or not. I have been going to LA weight loss for 1 1/2 years would have been less but took 9 months off. I would like to see the menus before punking down the $27 and see if I can put it together with LA
Are you willing to share?
Cynthia

It is june 5th, I am on my 3rd round of the 11 days. I have lost 30 pounds. It was well worth my 27.00. I did have to keep playing with the menus to find one I thought I could live with. Good luck with your adventure. Roberta

Well, I think you just called us a bunch of idiots Isn't this a diet support group, this is my first day here, not new to the diet did it 2 years ago and lost 29lbs in 5 weeks..LOVE this diet. I've begun it agian today.
I would advise no one pay any attention the this negative person. This diet is great, not a life time way of eating, but a way to get the ball rolling.
What I am planning on doing is following this plan until I get to about 20 lbs from my goal, and then joining WW, for the rest, so I can be a life time memeber, and then follow the "points" system to keep the weight off. You can never go back to eating like you are now. I think that is why most people say diets fail, is because when yous top and go back to eating "like you did before" you end up "looking like you did before."

I liked the fact that I could pick out some foods, and someone told me how to eat them, also I have my 3 "cheat" days to look forward to. Here comes the hard part to believe, I am on day 9, on day 7 I decided to weigh and I lost 19lbs from the day I started. I am staying on this and not going to weigh again till another week. I was wondering if anyone else has had this rapid weightloss?

I believe you and think it is awesome, people who have more to loose, (I NEED to loose about 150) loose faster. I did this diet 2 years ago, and did excellent, 29 lbs in 5 weeks, it was awesome! Keep it up!
