I am new to WL4I also. I am on day 4 of my first week. I feel very excited about this diet and think it is something I can stick with. I love the fact that it tells you what to eat. I have tried many times to diet on my own with little success probably because I did not have a game plan and it was too easy to cheat. Hopefully other people will share their stories and successes here. I will post again at the end of my 11 days and will report how much I have hopefully lost.
Hi i'm new i wondered why i could'nt get on to the site,anyway i'm doing very well on WL4I diet and lost 20lbs.I began it on 30th May this year so now i'm close to going solo and wonder if any of you girls are already off the diet,if so how many carbs/protein meals are you having to maitain you're weight?
Hi chef brian. thank you so much for your post on WL4I. I tell u that i have been working out, i been doing fat burners here and there, i do the grape fruit extracts and all that stuff. technically im noted as over weight but theretically speaking im not fat at all. i 5 ft and 138 lbs, ,but every says girl your body is so right why u wanna lose weight.. i jsut think i could shed a few lds i want to maitain 125 is cool with me i used to be really small buit i dnt want to be that tiny again. plus i do have a pretty nice bod.. it jsut my stomach to tel u the truth.. it gets on my nerve sometimes. it not a big as alot people i see but i could use some shrinkage i even took a week of relcore that calims to reduce belly dfat.. man that stuff was garbage and trimspa.. proclaims to curb you ra ppetite.. i became more hungry then when i ever started taking the pills. i was never thathungry so this calorie counting , carb blocking, weight loss stuff really drives me nouts cause u dont knwo what to beilve or whta u really ned to do to " like u said" keep it off. this is the heavest ive ever been besides when i carried my son.. ok maybe 142 somethign of thta sort but when i stoppped taking Birth control the pounds dropped right odff. i had recently got back on it and i thought maybe it would be so bad but it did worst then b4 so of cousre i stopped takign it again. and hopfully the lbs will drop off gain like b4. i jsut hate playing with my body like that. so please if u have any suggestions for me.. please enlighten me. thank u so much for your post.
I said I would be back in 11 days to tell my progress. I lost 7 pounds. I just finished up my 3 day cheat and am back on the diet again as of yesterday. How is everyone else doing?? I really like this diet so far. First diet ever that I am not starving and thinking about food all the time.
