Hey guys, I replied to a post under Weight Loss for Idiots revisited...but I wanted to put this out there to ya! I just started this diet and was looking for fellow WL4I dieters to share experiances, stories, progress, challenges with.... Where's all my fellow "idiots"??

Hi Lilearthquakes,

I just started today. I have been reading a lot of the other posted messages and I am hyped up. I will keep you posted in on how things go. I definitely plan on doing cardio while on this diet.

How are things going for you right now.

hello. lil i just finished first 11 days and lost a massive 12lb my prob is how to cope with the cheat days. stick wuth it good weight loss and makes you feel great

I just finished my first 11 days and lost 6 pounds. I'm a little nervous about eating whatever I want for the three days, I don't want to gain more than 2 pounds back. It's a little scary with this weekend being Easter. Did you exercise? I'm kind of curious what you did differently that you lost so much. That was great!! Happy dieting!!

hi smitty.did some exercise...walking, aquafit, dvd. and drank gallons of water. i thionk i lost so much cos my habits before were so bad. tooo much wine loads of takeaways.bodydidn't know what hit it! i felt nervous of the cheat days but then decided it said you MUST do it. i've gone for it and had what i wanted. but i won't weigh till end of next 11 days. no point getting down if i've gained during the cheat.just concentrate on the positive. i LOVE this diet i've been trying to lose since my third child was born 10 months ago and nothing worked i had almost resigned myself to being big forever. WL4I was my last ditch try but feel like i've found something that can work for me. i love the simplicity.looking forward to monday when i start my next 11 days nice to have found some other people.i don't know anyone in england that's even heard of this.

I have a couple questions about the food prep. For the hamburger selection, it doesn't tell you if you can use a bun. What do you think? If you think you can use a bun, do think you can use a regular bun? For some of the things they are very specific, and then others they kind of make you assume what to use.

hi smitty. i think it is with a bun cos it's on the same choice page as the sandwich.and that's what i would do. how's everyone getting on? i went a bit mad on the cheat days but decided not to weigh no point demotivating. i'm on day 4 of the 11 now and feel like whatever damage i did has been rectified! happy dietin

I honestly would not recommend eating the bun with the burger. The sandwiches they let you eat say using Oat or Bran bread. If you eat the burger on one of these types of bread, then it's fine.

I am on day 9 of my 3rd round of WL4I - I have lost a total of 16 lbs. The first week I lost the most, and I gained back about 3 pounds. But within about 3 days of the next round, I lost them.

I am happy with an average of 5-6 pounds every two weeks. I am close to my goal (9 more to go!) and I think that it probably gets harder to lose, the closer you get!
