[size=7]I love meat and potatoes, could eat it 3 times a day. I hate veggies (all) and only like some fruit. I am trying to control carbs, as I have become a carb junkie over the last 10 years. Any ideas would be appreciated. Tried Atkins but I just can't seem to get it right.

lol@carb junky havent we all!
in fact its rather sad most of the population is addicted to simple carbs. complex carbs are good for all of us, but the simple ones are a killer.
sugar is a serious addiction! i know im an addict too. trying desperatly to kick the processed sugar addiction. so very very difficult.
Girl you gotta really work at finding ways to eat thos so needed fruits and veggies! i know it can be hard for some <not me i love both>, but you can find away, i know you can!
good luck, my advice would be to really really research food, and figure out the effects bad foods/processed foods can have on our bodies, then once you find the foods that are working against you, simple slowly cut them from your diet replacing them with a healthy substitute!

Beeg: I didn't care much for the Atkins, either. I had -er- digestive issues in response to that one. But yes - cutting out carbs is a must for all of us. I mean noodles, pasta, potatoes, chips - everything easy and affordable in the grocery store seems carb based. Work on trying a new veggie or fruit every couple days. I have TONS of recipes that "sneak" them into your diet - let me know if you'd like some. Let's all work together!!
