I'm also on my second round. My weight loss is 6 pounds, but I'm hoping to lose more this time around. I love this diet because it gives you those 3 cheat days to look forward to. If I feel like I want to cheat I tell myself only so many more days until the cheat days. It's hard for me to exercise because I have a 4 month old and a five year old at home. I live in the northeastern part of the US so it has been too cold to take the children for a walk.

Hi Angiepl,
I'm from Pennsylvania. Both my husband and I work so when the kids go to bed I'm more tired than they are. I have a treamill in my basement but my daughter(the 5 year old) is always trying to jump on with me. I have to do something though. I think in order to acheive the maximum weight loss on this diet you must do some sort of exercise. I'm almost done with the second round, just two more days to go. I can't wait for the cheat days. My goal is to lose 70 lbs. I want to be really happy with my weight instead of being satisfied with my weight. I want to get down to the weight I was before I get pregnant with my daughter(120lbs). When this round is over I'll let you know how much, but I think it will be another 6 lbs. Good job by the way getting back on the diet after straying a little. Alot of people do not have the strength to do that. Happy dieting!

hi smitty. lovely to hear from you.it seems we have got weight probs from the same place.......THE KIDS......well worth it though.back on the diet today just cooking my veg and cottage cheese. butternut squash is my saviour for veg ...do you eat it? great on the 3 meal day in a curry and lovely in your mixed veg. i must say i love the simplicity of this diet but i'm like you i love the cheat days! just think if you lose 6lb a time in 20 weeks you would have lost 60 WOW . and if you work and look after kids you probably get plenty of excercise anyway. good for you keep at it can't wait to see how you do love to your family in pennsylvania and love fron us in the UK good luck and keep positive.

Hi Angiepl,
I weighed in today and I only lost 3 lbs this time. I feel so discouraged because I do not know what I did wrong. I see you were preparing butternut squash. I love squash and I didn't even think of it. I have been making basically just green vegetables. Please give me some other ideas, maybe I don't have enough variety. I'm not going to quit but I feel very discouraged. I'm now on my 3 cheat days, better luck next time I guess.

Hi everyone! I did WLFI for 3 rounds, and lost a total of 10 pounds. After three rounds I sort of trained myself, so now if I need to lose a pound or 2 I can just do a couple days that were my best with the diet. Also, I eat less than I used to and I eat healthier all the time. I am like you, because I signed up when my baby was 9 months old, desperate to lost those last 10 lbs. I certainly didn't have the dramatic result that they advertise, especially after 3 rounds, but I am very happy b/c this 10 lbs is gone for good (until the next baby, whenever that is). This is the only commercial diet that I ever followed, and it was good for b/c I could choose foods that I knew I would prepare and eat.
I always gained 2-3 pounds back on the cheater days. Don't get discouraged! You can just continue until you are happy with your weight. And, you know which menus are better for you than others, so I think there is room for some improvisation when you need it.
I used the web site just a few times, changing all my preferences until I had printed up a bunch of menus. So, you only need to pay once, even if you spend a long time on the diet, right?
Good luck!
Julie

Hi everyone... Well I just finished my third round of the diet and I have lost a total of 12 lbs... I am really excited and I feel great. I have been going to the gym ateast 5 days a week since the middle of January.
I even cheated on the second round by having a beer or 2 one weekend... I want to keep going, I don't weigh that much, but I want to loose more. I am 5'2 and I weigh 133, I would love to loose more, so I am going to keep going. Good luck to everyone, this diet is great because it teaches you how to eat properly.
Carrie
