Hi WL4I dieters
I am only 14 pounds overweight but it is a big deal to me - I want to try this WL4I diet but will this mean that weight loss will be slower than the predicted 9 pounds in 11 days?
Can anyone help, please???
Thanks a munch (I mean 'bunch'!)

The answer is YES DEFINITELY - but you have to stick to it - I only needed to lose 18 punds and got it off in 3 cycles - but I DID NOT CHEAT!!!! Not one bit!
So it doesnt have to be a lot slower. Hope this helps
