I'm 19 and going on my first holiday with my boyfriend in 5 weeks and want to look my best. I've always been 126lbs or there about and now I weigh 147lbs!! I need to loose at least 21lbs. I know I won't be able to do this in 5 weeks but even 10lbs would be great.
I've just signed up to fatloss4idiots.com, and i'm on day 1. You diet for 11 days then break for 3. It claims to make you up to 9lbs in 11 days. My friend has done it and the weight is falling off her, and I've read a lot of reviews about it. If anyone would like to join in with me it would be great motivation!! I will download the diets for you if you don't want to join yourself!!
I'm on day one, so I need all the support I can get. I only have 5 weeks to go for my holiday!!
How is everyone else doing? What sort of diets are you on and are they working.
Dina, i notice your stuck in a rut!! When i've dieted before I always get stuck. This is when your body gets too used to what your eating and therefore does not burn enough calories. I learnt this through my diet i'm on. You need to vary the food you eat and at alternate times, and eat eanough. If you eat too little your body panics and stores calories cause it thinks your starving yourself. And also if your working out a lot you will be making muscle and muscle weighs more than fat!!
Well, the internest website explains a lot. The diet is made up of 4 meals a day. You pick what you like and they calculate a menu for you. Today's meni is flavoured oatmeal for breakfast, Cottage cheese for meal 2, lunch I have tuna salad and for dinner I'm having an egg and bacon omelette.
I just started Monday and so far have only lost 1 1/2 lbs. I know that is good in
the dieting world, but was maybe expecting more. I have not cheated and have
been exercising each night. I hope that next week I see more results. But I will give
it a couple of go rounds and see what happens. Maybe I should not weigh until after
my last day and see if it works any better. Has this happened to anyone else on this
diet???
