detox diets
I was wondering if any of you guys have ever tried a detox diet using only natural foods? Are they fairly safe to do?
If anyone has tried a detox diet using only foods, did it work and could you please give info on the diet that you used?

What kind of detox are we talking? A cleansing of the body using a liquid diet?

natural detox
I have both done the detox with foods only and a 10-day suppliment detox. The suppliment detox ended up being cheeper, and much better. The results were amazing. Let me know if you want to know more.

no never tried any of those detox things. had friends who tried it though. they didnt say much...
