Fast Weight Loss Advice
Hi my name is Amanda and I am new to the forums. I need some advice on some quick ways to lose weight. I am an aspiring model/actress and I am going to be doing a short film in less than two weeks and need to lose a few pounds. Can someone give me some sort of resources for fasting or something? I searched online but only came up with programs that you have to join and I don't want to do that. Thanks.
P.S. I have never dieted or fasted before so I am clueless as to what to do.

I have a question for you. Is being famous and wealthy more important than being healthy and happy? I mean I understand your aspirations of becoming a model and a top model at that but have you really researched this type of career deeper than just a magazine. I find alot of young women, models or not, thinking its good to fasting when truthfully its unhealthy and I'm sure you already know that. I wish you all the best though. Keep it strong.

The one way to lose fast weight is weight loss surgery. If you have time then drink more water in a day it definately gives benefit to you. In your proffesion weight contrrol is the major issue. So be careful for that and be concious about your health. You can also go for diet drugs.

There's nothing like exercise and low-calorie dieting. Just don't cut back too much or your body will slow it's metabolism.

fast weight loss
What worked for me was exercise while following a diet guide that I bought online. Those two worked well for me.

Here's How I Lost Weight Fast
When I was young I bought a book on juice fasting and
followed the directions. I fasted for three days at a time
and lost some weight very quickly. Whenever I gained a
little I would just do it again.
I wouldn't do that now however because I learned that it
wasn't a wise thing to do. When you don't get all of the
nutrients your body needs to operate on a daily basis, you
eventually create a deficit and that could help contribute to
some health problems down the road. It could also contribute
to you aging prematurely.
You would do yourself a favor to find a reduced calorie weight
loss system that includes all the nutrients you need to remain
healthy while you lose weight. Find a program that doesn't
require a long term commitment so you can quit after you've
lost the weight and go back on it if you see the need to. That's
what I did and lost weight really fast and had more energy
and focus while I on the program.
Here are a few tips that might be all you need.
Drink lots of water. Water is filling. Also sometimes people
mistake the thirst signal for the hunger signal and eat when
their body wants water. So drink water first and if that doesn't
fulfill you then eat
Have some protein at every meal, including breakfast. Protein
breaks down slowly and so you'll feel satisfied longer. You only
need to eat a piece about the size of a deck of cards. That's all
your body can absorb at any one time anyway.
Eat a small serving of carbs only once per day and do that at
breakfast or lunch. That way you'll have a chance to burn them
off before evening when you're less likely to be active.
Get rid of all the trans fats in your diet. If the label says "partially
hydrogenated" don't eat it.
Get more sleep. Studies show that people who don't get enough
sleep eat more.
Okay, that may be enough for now. I don't want to overload you

It is not easy to lose weight. You have to hard work.
And the main change you should make is to change your lifestyle.
Your fist steps towards your aim are:
1. Don`t use fried food. Try to use broil food instead.
2. Start with soup or salad. This can prevet your from overeating.
