Try banana diet. The duration is very short 3-7 days. You just eat bananas as far as I remember. But it is very strict that is why better consult a doctor before using it.

I think u must add in your diet more and more orange juice, fruits , green vegetable.Do exercise.And keep one thing in mind:Weight is gained when you burn less calories than you consume.Very best of luck.

Hello Amanda,

First of all I would like to tell you that dieting does'nt mean fasting. if you take nutritional food instead of fasting and do exercise regularly then you can keep yourself fit and fine. For health tips I would suggest you fitnrg . com
