I don't know what to do... Im at 260-270 and I am 6'1 I need to lose my belly... I'd call it a beer gut.. but I don't drink alot... it's basically from eating crap for food... I can't stand it anymore.. Im 23 and I don't want to wait till Im 40 to decide to get rid of this.... the messed up thing is I start it one day and then don't do anything for weeks.. only a spur of the moment thing... I am also a Chef which would make alot laugh I guess being I should know what to make and eat.. which I do.. it's just doing it is my problem... I eat way too many carbs aka pizza, pasta, breads... too much sugar... I think I need to go to the doctor... I feel tired way too early in the day half the time... I have been drinking water alot more now.. I want to get rid of this crap eating.. I can't seem to find the strength to do it! espcially when I do lose the weight I don't want it to be excess skin!... blah.. Im sick of this..I keep saying that too... it makes me mad that I haven't been able to do something about this.. I even have a weight gym in my apartment building... Im just fed up!!!

I know a great product that can help

My husband lost 60lbs since August 2005. He is 6'0 and was 315. Now he is 255 and still losing. I lost 25lbs in two months on the same product. THe great thing about it, it cuts your cravings, gives you energy, and supliments with vitamins. IT is called Advocare- alot of athletes take the products (for example Steve Mcnair and Drew Breeze from football) IF you are interested, I will tell you more.
