ok so last night i descovered the NICEST meal when i was messing around ... quick... low fat... great!
First you get ur spray oil and put a little in a wok and brown some lean diced chicken breast, after that you get a oxo chinese herb cube to it and about 15 tbsp of water (this as well as making it taste great also means u need less oil to lubricaye and stop chicken from sticking with so littkle oil)
Then add in some chopped mushrooms, some bean sprouts, carrottes and eppers.
ASfter that u can either eat it as is or add some boiled rice to the mix.
Its delish!!
also i can easily do this with a chicken stock cube or italian stock cube to amke it taste different, its nice with turney or lean pork too.
as for beef do the same except adding the cube just add half a small tin of chopped tomatoes.
