I have begun an exercise and diet program and want to lose a lot of weight... I have been doing this for a little while and it is working well... I have a reunion to go to in a couple months and would like to speed up this process a bit.. Does anyone have any experience with any diet pills? let me know for the help. Also do you guys do both weight training and cardio exercise? thanks a lot
There are four components to a successful weight loss program, Matt. Weight training and cardio exercise are two of them. The other two are your diet and behavior modification ( changing the way you think about food if you will). This is a case of synergy, where the combined effect of all four parts is far greater than the sum of the individual parts alone.
There's no place for diet pills and drugs in anyone's diet. They don't teach people anything. In fact, they do just the opposite. You take a pill and lose your appetite for a while. You lose, say, 5 pounds. You stop taking the pill and gain your appetite back, along with the 5 pounds you just lost.
Matt,
You do not need diet pills but suppliments that can healp with the wieght loss program. My husband lost 60 pounds in 4 months exercising, dieting and taking suppliments. THey work great. A lot of leading athletes take the product. For example Steve Mcnair with Tenessee Titans. The product is Advocare. THere are over a hundred different products to chose from and all are absolutely safe. I would love to tell you more about it.
