hiya im new here,anyway i have been on a sucessful diet for 3 months now and i have lost nearly 2 stone.anyway i completely cut out takeaway and fast food but ive decided to treat myself to one this evening as a one off but im stuck on what to get.
the choice is either:
chicken and chips(from the chinese,as i dont eat any other chinese foods)
burger and chips(from the chippy)
savaloy and chips(from the chippy)
scampi and chips(from the chippy)
burger and chips(from the kebab house)
ive been thinking about this all day and dont know what the best option would be,the healthiest option is what im looking for..the least cals..fat..salt etc...any ideas?

I'm thinking chicken and chips but if it's in a Chinese sweet and sour sauce -- maybe not. I eat at a Chinese Buffet quite often even though I gave up sugar almost two years ago. I usually just ask the waitress which of the dishes are without sugar.
