How to Control your Cravings to succeed with Your weight Loss Program.

Controlling Your Cravings... do you know you can prevent --at least not fall too much for those crazy cravings? Some good tips to control those cravings and not the cravings controlling you include to stop for a moment when you feel those cravings.

Now, think, are you sure you want to eat or fall for those cravings? Are you really hungry or feeling an emotional need? Don't wait to find out until those cravings arrive, prevent them. How? You can think positive, take time before swallowing sugary food, junk food. If having those crazy cravings, get fresh fruits, have nutritional bars with low calories instead of regular empty chocolate bar calories or eating a complete bag of chips.

Another tip will be to have your favorite cup of tea, listen some music, or make sure you are having prepared meals/snacks every 3 hours to avoid cravings and sabotage your weight loss efforts.

Most of all do not skip meals because that is a certain way to invite crazy cravings. You can also have handy your meal replacements to help you get a healthy snack.

For example, you can have your Protein Drink or Complete Meal Replacement with all necessary vitamins, minerals.

However, if you feel like really really really craving, hey.... you better have that craving but in SMALL QUANTITY because if you deprive and dream about having let s say that delicious piece of chocolate cake, at the end you might eat half the cake... smartest thing to have a moderate piece.

You see.. you can control your cravings, not your cravings controlling you.

Until next time,

Your Weight Loss Friend Anna Overweight No More.
