is this seriously a real diet? you are barely consuming any calories so when you do eat food you're body is going to hoard bodyfat because your metabolism is going to be so slow. the best thing you can do is eat more frequent smaller meals with lean proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats. it takes calories to burn calories.
I asked myself the same question when I first saw this post. I don't know if kmccaskill is trying to be funny or not, but this is dangerous advice. Someone might actually try this "diet". I sent a message to the administrator of this forum warning them about this post, but they didn't see fit to remove it. As I say, I can only hope no one takes this "diet" seriously.
You guys are right. I hope no body takes this "diet" seriously because it can seriously be harmful. Anyone that does this diet would be starving themselves. It's not really a diet.
