Do any of you have tips on how to quell the desire to nibble at night? I live alone and have found that when I have a boyfriend (and thereby a "distraction") I'm much better at keeping my nibbling in check. (boredom and/or loneliness issue?! Yes I think so!) But ringing a friend or taking a bath, walk, drive doesn't always work. There is something about the sun going down and darkness settling in that makes me want to eat.
In fact, as I sit here typing, I'm realizing that maybe it's ME that makes me want to eat when it's dark out! A ha! I think I'm having what they call a "lightbulb" moment! It's my mindset. Wow.
Well, I knew this site would be helpful (it's just my first day). But I had no idea I'd have such a breakthrough while typing my very first post!

i used to be like that, and that is how i gained all my weight. my friend told me about Satise. by the second day i wasn't having those night time munchies. in one week i lost 1 1/2 pounds. i have been on it for 2 months and have lost 6 pounds. i love it!!
