Our body is not made to be adjusted with big amount of chemical substances. Whereas, almost all kind of food we eat contains chemical substances which definitely dangerous for our body. It can cause many diseases and illness, even there are a lot of case of people suffer for dangerous illness like cancer, stroke, hypertension, and many acute health problems because they consume unhealthy food.
It is true that the impact is not instantly. What I meant with instant here is that once you consume it, and suddenly you get sick. No, it is not like that, those bad substance will pile up in your body and after it reach some dose, it's will damage your body and cause you suffer for acute illness. The only way to release you from that thread is by eating healthy food with no chemical and other dangerous substance in it.
The easiest way to consume health food is by getting organic food as your daily meals. Organic foods mean foods which through the entire process do not involve any chemical substances. It is good for your health, and I believe that you don't want to risk your health by consuming unhealthy food. It is true that some of healthy foods taste less delicious than the common food, but once you realize the great danger behind it, you will step away from those junk foods.
When organic vegetables like carrot, spinach, broccoli, and others being planted, the farmers were not using any pest poison, chemical manure, and other artificial things that can make the quality of that vegetables decreased. Organic vegetables are safe to consume and of course have high vitamin. You can even now find organic egg produced by hens that being feed with all natural meals in order to make sure that the egg and meat produced is free from chemical substances. Just like the Chinese medicine theory, the best way to maintain our health is by consuming only healthy food as meals.
