PLEASE let me know what you think of my new plan!
Hello! I've been on this site before while I've been experimenting with different diets, but now I've come up with my own plan, and its working so well that I want to share it with fellow dieters! Basically, I love cooking and I love eating, but I've also wanted to lose weight for a while - I have a penchant for beer and pizza, and could do with trimming up. The other I day I discovered that if I get really healthy, fresh food and load it with intense and exciting flavours, the resulting meal is deeply satisfying, yet can be extremely low in fat and carbohydrate. If you're tired of eating Weight Watchers ready meals, that you know aren't do you any good nutrient-wise (as well as tasting like pavement on toast) then have a look at my site and see what you think - its called flavor smash (dot com!). I've lost 10lb now, but not had to experience any of the negative 'food emotions' that I normally do with dieting (obsession with food, hunger pangs, misery...).
Would love to know what you think, so please do let me know - I know what its like trying lots of different things that are really difficult, the point with this is, I've found it completely enjoyable. I want to spread the word!
