Cool

What a good way to cool down a hot summer either at the sunny beach or at the park than with a fresh cold pitcher of GREEN TEA with lemon slices or mint! It is just refreshing and keep you hydrated while increasing your metabolism to burn fat.

I prepare a pitcher with 4 bags of green tea, then either add medium slices of lemon or some fresh leaves of mint. You can serve it with ice and voila' an awesome day to enjoy this hot summer!
