Well this weekend is thanksgiving weekend in Canada. Gonna load up on some turkey and prolly spoil myself (but I guess every once and awhile is okay). Any ideas from anyone out there on what to include with my dinner that won't blow away my progress??

Well, Putz, I'm from Canada myself. I feel trying to cut calories from a festive celebration sort of ruins the enjoyment of the occassion. So why not just chow down, pig out, forget the calories, and strengthen your resolve to burn off all those excess calories in the week ahead.
