Now, I know alot of you are going to feel sorry for yourselves when you REALLY REALLY cheat tomorrow. However, I've got some tips for you to help you eat right, and not stupidly..
1) Drink plenty of water throughout the day, this will go a long way with keeping you "full"
2) portions portions portions..take what you think you can eat
3) LISTEN to what your body is telling you..to often we just gorge and don't listen to our body say NO MORE!. Trust me on that one.
4) Eat a good breakfast
5) TRY to ignore the fingerfoods..some people have a temptation of just snacking snacking and more snacking on thanksgiving. Try to avoid that.
6) Good lord, the pies. You guys have nooo iodea how much i love thanksgiving desserts. Just be sensible. Don't take 3-4 huge slices of all the pies at the table..and try to space your eating out too. Rememebr not to gorge
7) If you go to the gym, or usually run, try to make a point of it tomorrow. With everyone's busy hectic schedule, it's tough to do. If you have to get up early to do it, follow through!
If anyone else has any tips, please share

I don't know as bad it is going to sound..... I pretty much believe that from xmas eve onto the new year its next to impossible to follow the routine of dieting. Therefore I'm just going to do what Jeeplaw suggested for thanksgiving as a way to keep the beast at bay :P
