So I've fallen into the high-protein bandwagon and have been consuming about 15 hard-boiled egg whites a day. Is this too much?

This pretty much constitutes my main meal so I'm not getting extra calories elsewhere...I've been doing this for a month but see no signs of losing weight. I don't exercise either by the way but I figured egg whites should be effective.

Any feedback welcome!

Hey DC320, I Remember reading that 7 Eggs a week is ok, Over that is not, Due to eggs being high is protein like you said, And if you want to loose weight, you HAVE To Exercise, take care...

Wow, I can think of other foods to suppliment that diet besides that high amount of eggs..tuna, turkey, chicken..

But I wouldn't worry about that amount of protein. What I would worry about is what else you're NOT eating when you're just eating eggs.

I sometimes I have 4 eggs in the morning and a small omelette at night (3-4 egg whites).
