If you have an overweight or not - no matter, you MUST keep your body in a good form!!!Slim body is beautiful and healthy!!! If you have an overweight, you'll get health problems earlier or later...
But hard diet is not a solution!!! You NEED to combine right (but not insipid!) food and some physical trainig!And one site can help you to get fit! Meal planner, fitness log, unique metabolism calculator and much more useful things will help you to get and keep your best body!!!

BMI 27 -- overweight. I keep forgetting what mine is so this should help me remember.

There are alot of fat people in the South. Grits, fried chicken, barbecue, sweet tea, cracklins, and all that other disgusting garbage you people eat is why the South leads the US in obesity. Also you people voted for Bush.

I can't believe i'm "normal" i mean, my BMI is 24.9 nearly overweight. the fact is i don't care about BMI but my appearance. i have thick thighs and fat belly with little breast. large arms. i have to diet and want to get down to nearly skinny. lol

My BMI is 27, and a Southern girl, I hate fried chicken, cracklins and such, it's the sweets that got me here
