Question, with all this weight loss that I have I'm find that my stomach has a ton of that hangining skin. Will this go away on its own or will a tuck be neccesary? Kinda a pain now that I finally have that 6 pack but can't show it off cause of the flaps

Hey Putz, sweet..you have a six pack now? That's awesome. How much skin, where is it, and how much can you 'grab' of it? Also, how much weight did you start out and how much did you lose again?

Well I went from 256lbs to just under 155 now. This skin is on my stomach from where my beer belly used to be and there is enough of it that I can grab a good handful of it at a time.

Find a great doctor and do it. I had mine last year and with a good diet it has lasted. Was out and about 2 wks after - went shopping and got my hair done.

Just make sure you have a very high protein diet before and after, it helps
