My name is Nancy Valiquet, and I've recently published an e-book entitled "Your Sacred Body - an Uncommonly Sensible Approach to Dieting, Weight Loss and Self Transformation" (http://www.yoursacredbody.com/).

This book is the result of my work as a weight loss counselor and many years as a practitioner of the human potential movement.

All too often, I've seen people struggle with their weight and I've seen their disappointment as they go from diet to diet, unable to achieve the results they're looking for because of the unnatural approach these plans take. The Sacred Body philosophy employs a strategy of rediscovering your innate ability to choose the right foods in the right amounts, and contains numerous techniques to create a "whole-istic" approach to a weight-loss lifestyle.

You can download a free preview edition of Your Sacred Body by going to:

And you can find out more about the Sacred Body philosophy by going to:

Feel free to post any questions you might have to this topic and I will answer them.

Best wishes to you all in your quest for your ideal body.

Nancy Valiquet
