I figured this was the right place for this. Sorry if I was wrong.

I was introduced to Don Tolman, CEO of Wholefood Farmacy, a few months ago. He had a message of health and wellness that I found intriguing. After speaking with him I realized what he said wasn't new, in fact, it was a message that had been around forever but in this fast food age, we forgot it, "Eat healthy wholefoods, drink water, and walk to experience not just weightloss but also reverse multiple diseases and/or health problems."

Everything he was saying was common sense, and I had heard it all before. But what he said made perfect sense and clicked with me. Being skeptical I immediately did some research on my own and found multiple scientific studies to support what I already knew, which was that fresh fruits and vegetables are good for you! They not only help you maintain a healthy weight, or loss weight if you're need to, but they help prevent or reverse many diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, M.S., etc.

So having recently put on a few pounds myself, I decided to try it. Being 5'9" and 180 pounds, my goal was to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks, but more than that, I wanted to recapture the energy I had had in my youth. When I tried the Tri-Decathlon, it was hard the first couple days, then it became remarkably easy. After 2 weeks I was ecstatic to have not only reached my goal, but surpassed it. I lost 12lbs and had more energy than I have had since my teens. I used to have trouble waking up in the morning, not anymore.

I was so impressed by the results, but also the message of health that Don promoted. I began looking around at my friends and family and realized that this was a product they could benefit from. My mom has been lethargic and looking for energy as long as I could remember, my grandmother had gained weight in her later years and really wanted to lose it, my grandfather had developed Type 2 diabetes and would love to stop taking insulin. So I introduced it to them and they have all reached their goals, my Mom has more energy than ever, my grandmother lost 20lbs and just glows, and my grandfather no longer has to take the insulin injections he hated.

I'm sorry, I did not mean for this to be a long post, but I got carried away. Long story short, I was impressed by the product and message. The message is simple and you don't have to by any of his products to do the diet, although they do make it convenient and easy.

The Wholefood Farmacy's products are for more than just dieting. In fact, I hate when people call it a diet. Its more a healthy lifestyle, since when did eating fresh fruits and vegetables become abnormal? Anyway, they're organic products are all about being healthy and while this does include losing weight, it also means preventing and reversing mainly diseases caused by obesity or malnutrition.

I do encourage anyone who is looking for a healthy weight loss solution and/or has or knows someone with diabetes to check this out:
