Have You Tried This?
I ran across this site about 3 weeks ago and they were advertising "The Ultimate Fat Burning Diet Primer". I reluctantly bought the program for $27.00 and have been very pleased with the relults so far. I have been using it for 15 days and have lost a total of 11lbs. True some of this loss could be fluids but still looks very promising. It also comes with lifetime updates and 100 recipes. I will keep you up to date on my progress in the next few weeks.
