I am conducting a health and lifestyle survey o help me with my work. This is not in anyway a cheap shot at selling to you. I am trying to find the best ways of advertising that are cost effective and would appreciate it if any of you would just fill in the multi-choice survey. If any of you want to leave me comments regarding the survey then please do so either on here or use my e-mail address that is shown once the survey is submitted. You do not have to answer some of the questions if you prefer not to, just the ones with an asterisk at the side.
