Smile Losing weight for free!

It shouldn't cost a thing, really. Walking is the best most natural exercise and all it takes is a good pair of shoes. Walk briskly for 30 minutes a day and you'll have greater health and longer life.

Eat less -- lose weight.

Drink 10 oz of water before each meal. More when hungry or thirsty.
