I traveled the world over as an aviation professional for 22 years. Every bit of information, every experience, every little fact stated are all first hand research and knowledge. An abundance of information with photographs on healthy food items that you perhaps have never been adventurous enough to so much as try. A ton of recipes ranging from Greek to Middle Eastern to Indian and more.
One must take note here that having been an aviation professional for some 22 years, it would be a much easier task for me to write about travel destinations, aeroplanes and flying, different peoples and cultures of the world. I am not into writing a book for the sake of tossing a book out there to make money.
I chose to write about weight loss because I spent 15 years researching worldwide on this subject with regards to foods and their values, what works and what doesn't. I do sincerely and genuinely care for people who are on the heavier side, perhaps even on the obese side. Let me explain why I decided to write this eBook. I have in my possession a ton of diet recipes from a well known diet program. When I say a ton I do mean up to 1000 recipes. Now I was totally baffled when I saw that along with the "Lo-Carbs", people were being pumped up with "High-Fat" content with the likes of regular Mayonaise, Bacon, and Heavy Cream by the pints to name a few. Does this make any sense to you?
Why does weight loss always have to do with Lo-something? Why do diet foods always taste like crap? Why do people have to go through rituals like weighing their food portions and eating at a specific time of day? Is it not bad enough that one has already lost their self-esteem from being on the heavy side? Is it not enough that one has to give up on most fatty foods that are not good for them? Now I discovered we can reverse this and go "Hi-something" as opposed to the usual "Lo-something".
My message is do not despair. Everything is possible and Soy Magic will help you straight to a substantial weight loss.
