hi my name is nikole and im new to all this posting stuff but im thinking this could really help me loose wieght with alot of support. im 18 years old and recently i went from being 155 to 180 i dont know what the hell happened i feel so fat. i need some diet tips anything im going crazy i cant seep to lose the wieght...please help me out

Journaling is a great way to get control of your weight. It makes you accoutable to someone -- we'll be watching!
I'm not in favor of strict diets, particularly for someone as young as you are, but now would be a great time to make a few "lifestyle" changes. Maybe start exercising regularly through a gym or an at home work-out tape, or better yet, do something fun like take a dance class or join a volley ball group. If you start moving more and switch from soda to water you might find the extra weight just falling off naturally.
