Hi everybody!
I'm new here.. I'm Sam, I decided to lose weight,
So, introducing myself, looks like a proper beginning on the forum.
How did you guys get here?

Hi, I'm Sheri...Nice to meet you. Hmmm how I got here....
Well, I was pretty skinny till around 10th grade. Sometime between then and 5 years now, I have packed on quite a few pounds. It didn't bother me until I started reading things about what I was eating. Now I lead a totally healthy lifestyle. I only want to lose around 40-45 pounds, but at 20....If I don't do it now, I never will. So I started taking Alli and here I am. How about you?

Hey sam,
I got here from being 100lbs overweight, one day i decided enough is enough and decided to go on a diet...i came here for motovation....Ive lost 30lbs in 2 months so if i can do it anybody could!!!! Good luck Sam |
