I made a journal, and I think it will help me with my weight loss.

Read it if you can, I would love feed back (as in, tell me your stories) and how you went through it. It's so hard! But, I am determined.
Goals: Lose 190 pounds in 2 years (Before I graduate High school!) Which is in 2 years and 3 months! Alot to go.
Drink ALOT of water. Atleast 2 gallons a day.
Work out 5 times a week. then to 6, and then maybe even 7 once I get into the habit.
You might think I am over working myself, but I am not. I might be overweight, but I can go along way on a treadmill
So, please dont make me regret doing this =p I am so embarassed. I'm usually really embarassed talking about my weight.
