My Journal

Hey guys,

I'm new here and I guess I'll be sharing my journal and stats with yall. My main goal is to put on muscle while losing the fat.

Stats:
Age: 20
Weight: 167lbs
Height: 5'7"

Training:
Mon - Wed - Fri (Alternating Workouts)
Chest and Bi's
Back and Tri's
Leg's and Abs
Cardio on Weekends and Early Mornings

Diet:
Approx: 160g - 200g of protein a day

Not Taking Any Supps, but will update if I do...

So keep track of my stats and Journals!!!
